Overnight Oats with Blueberry & Chia Muesli

Looking for a grab-and-go breakfast? These overnight oats are the ultimate solution for those who need a wholesome and fuss-free start to their day.

Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup (90g) Sunsol Blueberry, Goji Berry, Coconut & Chia Natural Muesli
  • ½ cup (125ml) reduced-fat milk
  • ½ cup (140g) Greek yoghurt with vanilla bean
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ sliced (75g) granny smith apple
  • Extra muesli and honey, to serve

Method:

  1. Divide Sunsol Natural Muesli, milk and yoghurt evenly into 2 jars. Mix well and secure with lid. Chill overnight.
  2. Top with blueberries, apple and extra Sunsol Muesli.
  3. Serve drizzled with a little honey.

Tip – Make ahead and keep jars in the fridge for up to four days.
