Bocconcini & Olive Panini

  • 2 slices Burgen Wholemeal & Seeds Bread
  • 1 Tbsp black olive tapenade
  • 1 bocconcini sliced
  • Roasted capsicum strips
  • Rocket



  1. Spread tapenade on one slice of bread.
  2. Top with sliced bocconcini, roasted capsicum slices and rocket. Top with the other slice and grill if desired.
