- 2 slices Burgen Wholemeal & Seeds Bread
- 1 Tbsp black olive tapenade
- 1 bocconcini sliced
- Roasted capsicum strips
- Spread tapenade on one slice of bread.
- Top with sliced bocconcini, roasted capsicum slices and rocket. Top with the other slice and grill if desired.
