- 2 x 420 g cans faba beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. In a medium size serving bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Toss gently and serve. Makes a colourful addition to a barbecue.
