Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 2 slices Burgen® Rye Bread
- 100g smoked ocean trout
- 2 tbs light cream cheese (60% less fat)
- 2 tbs finely chopped capers
- 2 tbs finely chopped chives
- Finely sliced Lebanese cucumber
- 1 cup watercress sprigs
- Combine cream cheese, capers and chives.
- Spread cream cheese mix evenly over 2 slices of Burgen® bread.
- Divide the ocean trout, cucumber and watercress between the slices of bread.
Tip: Can also be served as traditional sandwiches, just top each sandwich with an extra slice of Burgen® Rye Bread.
