Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 2 x slices wholemeal or whole grain bread
- 1 x can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 x handful of shredded red cabbage + carrot
- Parsley (optional)
- 1 x tsp aioli
- Drain the tuna, mash with a fork and spread over one slice of the bread.
- Layer a handful of carrot and cabbage on top and add rocket.
- Add coriander if desired.
- Drizzle salad with aoli and enjoy!
