Goats Cheese, Avocado & Tomato Vita-Weats

Makes: 4 crispbreads

Preparation time:  5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp goats cheese
  • ¼ cup rocket leaves
  • 2 semi-dried tomatoes in oil, drained & thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp pesto
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 Vita-Weat Original Crispbreads

Method

  1. Spread goats cheese on each Vita-Weat, top with rocket, sliced semi-dried tomatoes and pesto. Season with freshly cracked black pepper.
