Makes: 4 crispbreads
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 2 tbsp goats cheese
- ¼ cup rocket leaves
- 2 semi-dried tomatoes in oil, drained & thinly sliced
- 1 tsp pesto
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 4 Vita-Weat Original Crispbreads
- Spread goats cheese on each Vita-Weat, top with rocket, sliced semi-dried tomatoes and pesto. Season with freshly cracked black pepper.
