Rainbow Fruit Salad Bowl

Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes Ingredients 2 Weet Bix™ 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1 cup mixed fresh fruit, chopped 1 passionfruit Method Combine fresh fruit with half the passionfruit pulp.
