As the independent authority on the nutrition and health benefits of grains and legumes, GLNC works with a range of organisations both domestically and internationally to ensure the Council is up to date on the latest nutrition information as it relates to grains and legumes. In addition to the above, GLNC has partnerships with a number of universities from around Australia. GLNC provides placements and internships for Masters and PhD students, as well as conducting cornerstone research with these institutions. This gives budding dietitians and food industry students the opportunity to develop first-hand experience in a food industry association.
