Mexican Salsa Toast

Method

  1. Dice the tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Add to bowl.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Add 2 tbsp of corn kernels, rinsed black beans, squeeze of lime and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix together and add on top of toast.
