
Serves: 1 | Total Time: 5 mins, plus 1 hour soaking time
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 35g BARLEYMAX Super Barley Toasted Flakes
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt (plus 1 tbsp to serve)
- 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1 fig, halved
Method
- Grate half the apple apple. Add the grated apple, Super Barley flakes, milk, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon to a small bowl and mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight
- To serve, slice the other half of the apple, fig, almonds, yoghurt and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
