Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Original
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Toppings:
- 1 tbs chia seeds + 1/2 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Original
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- Chia seeds (dry for garnish)
- 1 kiwi and 2/3 peach (or other seasonal fruits)
Method
- Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup So Good Almond Milk and put aside for at least 15 minutes (best results if soaked overnight).
- Blend together frozen berries, banana, milk and rolled oats (and optional honey).
- Pour smoothie into bowl and add pre-soaked chia seeds on top.
- Now arrange seasonal fruits and oats on top, then sprinkle flaxseeds and chia seeds all over.
