Ingredients
- 2 cups traditional oats
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon mixed spice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
Method
- Place oats, pepitas and nuts in a large bowl.
- Mix together the olive oil, spices and honey and mix into the oat mixture.
- Spread over a large baking tray and bake at 160C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Stir halfway through cooking.
- Store in a sealed jar.

Pour granola into little jars and tie with ribbon for a great homemade gift!
