Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Chill Time: 2-3 hours or overnight
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- ½ cup Freedom Crafted Blends Maple & Almond Granola
- 1 small banana, sliced
- ½ cup fresh berries
- ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes
Method
- Add chia seeds to a serving bowl and mix in milk, vanilla and maple syrup.
- Allow to sit for 5 mins, then mix again to disperse any clumps of chia seeds.
- Cover and place in fridge for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
- Before serving, top with Freedom Crafted Blends Maple & Almond Granola, banana, berries & coconut flakes.
