Freedom Maple & Almond Brekkie Bowl

Creamy, light and packed full of flavour! Wow your friends at the next brunch party.

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Chill Time: 2-3 hours or overnight

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup Freedom Crafted Blends Maple & Almond Granola
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes

Method

  1. Add chia seeds to a serving bowl and mix in milk, vanilla and maple syrup.
  2. Allow to sit for 5 mins, then mix again to disperse any clumps of chia seeds.
  3. Cover and place in fridge for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
  4. Before serving, top with Freedom Crafted Blends Maple & Almond Granola, banana, berries & coconut flakes.
