Fruit & Buckwheat Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 200g plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup Freedom Crafted Blends Cranberry & Buckwheat Flakes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp nut butter

Method

  1. Slice banana and apple add to a bowl with cinnamon and honey (or maple syrup), mixing well to combine.
  2. Heat a small saucepan pan over medium heat. Add water and heat, add fruit mixture and stir for a few mins until softened and slightly caramelised.
  3. Meanwhile add yoghurt to a bowl. Top with caramelised fruit, Freedom Crafted Blends Cranberry & Buckwheat Flakes, sunflower seeds. Drizzle with nut butter
