Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup water
- 200g plain Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup Freedom Crafted Blends Cranberry & Buckwheat Flakes
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp nut butter
Method
- Slice banana and apple add to a bowl with cinnamon and honey (or maple syrup), mixing well to combine.
- Heat a small saucepan pan over medium heat. Add water and heat, add fruit mixture and stir for a few mins until softened and slightly caramelised.
- Meanwhile add yoghurt to a bowl. Top with caramelised fruit, Freedom Crafted Blends Cranberry & Buckwheat Flakes, sunflower seeds. Drizzle with nut butter
