Ingredients
- 200ml skim milk
- 3 tablespoons low-fat natural yoghurt
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass.
Tip
Replace natural yoghurt with vanilla-flavoured yoghurt. Or, try adding a few almonds for a nutty flavour.
