Blueberry & Cashew Breakfast Smoothie

0.5 serve of whole grain
Each serve is 16g of whole grain. GLNC recommends 3 serves daily.

Preparation time:  5 minutes


  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 cup So Good Almond & Coconut milk
  • 1 Weet-Bix
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup cashews


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.


This smoothie can also be made gluten free by using Gluten Free Weet-Bix.
