Make your morning more wholesome with a Weet-Bix whole-grain overnight oats, paired with extra fruit and protein to create a balanced meal that will keep you going all morning long!
- 2 Wholegrain Weet-Bix, crushed
- 1/4 cup soy protein crisps
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 tsp of sweetener of choice (e.g. honey, maple, stevia)
- 1/2 cup high protein yoghurt
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup of blueberries, microwaved for one minute
- Mix the Weet-Bix layer ingredients together and set aside
- Mix protein powder and yoghurt, layer on top of Weet-Bix, then top with blueberries.
- Allow to set overnight, and enjoy the following morning
