Breakfast Berry and Sunsol Granola Parfait

Elevate your breakfast with a berry parfait, a delicious blend of creamy yoghurt, berries, and high protein crunchy granola that will have you looking forward to mornings.

Serves: 2 | Total Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek-style yoghurt
  • ⅔ cup Sunsol High Protein Granola Choc Almond
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries

Method:

  1. Spoon ¼ cup yoghurt into 2 glasses. Top with half the Sunsol High Protein Granola Choc Almond.
  2. Top with half the berries then remaining yoghurt. Sprinkle tops with remaining granola & berries. Serve immediately or chill for up to 3 hours.

Thawed frozen berries can be used instead of fresh berries.
