
Elevate your breakfast with a berry parfait, a delicious blend of creamy yoghurt, berries, and high protein crunchy granola that will have you looking forward to mornings.
Serves: 2 | Total Time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla Greek-style yoghurt
- ⅔ cup Sunsol High Protein Granola Choc Almond
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
Method:
- Spoon ¼ cup yoghurt into 2 glasses. Top with half the Sunsol High Protein Granola Choc Almond.
- Top with half the berries then remaining yoghurt. Sprinkle tops with remaining granola & berries. Serve immediately or chill for up to 3 hours.
Thawed frozen berries can be used instead of fresh berries.
