Maple & Almond Multigrain Flake Bowl with Apple & Turmeric Yoghurt

400g can apple in natural juice, drained
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 cups Freedom Classic Active Balance Maple & Almond Multigrain Flakes


  1. Combine yoghurt and turmeric in a bowl, set aside. Add turmeric, a little at a time, tasting as you go.
  2. Divide fruit into 2 bowls, add yoghurt and top with cereal.

Canned apple can be substituted with canned pears; and any of the Freedom Classic Active Balance cereals can be used.
