2 cups frozen berries, thawed
1½ cup natural yogurt
120g Freedom Classic Active Balance Almond & Cashew Multigrain Flakes


  1. Divide berries among 3 glasses.
  2. Layer with yoghurt and top with Almond & Cashew Multigrain Flakes.

Any fresh or frozen berries can be used in this recipe; and any of the Freedom
Classic Active Balance cereals can be used.
