Prosciutto Pizza Thins

Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tip Top® Wholemeal Thin
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Pizza Sauce
  • Handful of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slices Fresh Prosciutto
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Spread your tomato pizza sauce on top of your Thin slices.
  3. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 mins or until cheese is melted.
  5. Add fresh prosciutto pieces and basil on top.
  6. Finish with cracked pepper and serve.
