Ingredients
- 2 slices Tip Top The One Soft Wholemeal Bread
- 1 tin (around 60g) tuna in Springwater or olive oil, drained
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp finely chopped red onion
- A few sprigs of fresh dill
- 2–3 cos lettuce leaves
- 6 cucumber slices
- Pepper, to taste
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, red onion, and dill. Season lightly with pepper.
- Lay out both slices of bread.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly over one slice.
- Add the lettuce and cucumber slices on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to close the sandwich.
- Slice in half and enjoy fresh, or wrap in parchment paper and twine for a picnic-style touch.
