Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 4 slices Burgen® Wholemeal & Seeds
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- shredded cos lettuce
- Combine mayonnaise and garam masala or curry powder and mix well.
- Gently combine with eggs.
- Spread egg mixture over 1 side of bread and sprinkle of shredded lettuce.
- Top with the other piece of bread and slice as desired.
For a grown up egg sandwich simply add in ¼ tsp garam masala or curry powder to the mayonnaise mix.
