Rum Balls

Fruit-mince-pie-inspired bliss balls. Perfect to share with loved ones this Xmas or even better as a make-your-own gift.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Natural Fibre Original Seed Blend
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sultanas
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Rum to taste (optional)
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Method

Step 1

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture forms a rollable dough consistency.

Step 2

Roll the balls into desiccated coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes approximately 8 balls.
