Sourdough Summer Salad

This simple summer salad in the Bakers Delight Sourdough Baguette is perfect for entertaining or a picnic in the park!

Serves 4

Ingredients

• 2 baby cos lettuce, chopped
• 1/4 cup (25g) walnuts, chopped
• 4 celery sticks, finely sliced
• 1/2 Spanish onion, finely sliced
• 2 red apples, cored and finely sliced
• 2 smoked chicken breasts, shredded
• 8 sliced pancetta, grilled and roughly chopped
• 1/2 bunch dill, finely chopped
• 1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise dressing
• 1 Bakers Delight Sourdough Baguette, cut into four and sliced

Method

1. Place baby cos lettuce, walnuts, celery, Spanish onion, apples, chicken, pancetta, dill, chives and mayonnaise dressing into a bowl
2. Toss to combine and divide amongst your Sourdough Baguette
