Trying to get the kids ready for school? Got a 7am meeting? Or maybe, you just hit snooze too many times. Don’t start your day hungry, even if you’re in a rush. These quick breakfast recipes are easy and super fast to whip up in the morning- so no excuses.  You can even get busy on a Sunday and prepare a few of them in advance to see you through the week. Let’s face it, who doesn’t want one less thing to think about before your morning coffee?

Love batch cooking on a Sunday? Well add this one to your repertoire. This nutritious slice can be baked on a Sunday and kept in an air tight container for up to 5 days. That’s an entire week of breakfasts. Plus, you’ll get the added bonus of your whole house smelling toasty and delicious the entire day – that’s what we call a berry bonus!
