Ingredients
- 2.5 cups rolled oats
- Quarter of a cup of lupin flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- 1 chia egg
- Quarter of a cup of maple syrup
- 2 cups fresh berries
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Make chia egg and mash bananas
- Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl
- Combine dry ingredients with milk, chia egg, maple syrup, and berries and mix well
- Pour into a baking pan and bake for about 40 minutes
Can be stored for up to 5 days in an airtight container
