Overnight Oats with Blueberry & Chia

Looking for a grab-and-go breakfast? These overnight oats are the ultimate solution for those who need a wholesome and fuss-free start to their day. Jars can be made ahead and kept in the fridge for 4 days.

Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Chill Time: Overnight

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup Sunsol Natural Muesli Blueberry, Goji, Coconut & Chia (plus extra, to serve)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek-style yoghurt
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • Honey, to serve

Method:

  1. Divide Sunsol Natural Muesli Blueberry, Goji, Coconut & Chia, milk & yoghurt evenly into 2 jars, Mix well and secure with lid. Chill overnight.
  2. Before serving, top with blueberries, apple and extra Sunsol Natural Muesli. Drizzle with honey.
