Decadent Grazing Platter

Serves: approx 8-12

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the blinis if having hot.
  2. Make the dip and slice the asparagus in half and the pomegranate into quarters.
  3. Drizzle pesto over the burrata.
  4. Arrange everything on a board or a covered table if serving a larger crowd.

Tip

Prep in advance and keep your platter fresh by covering with a damp tea towel.
