Sink your teeth into a plant-based chicken-style burger topped with crispy slaw, offering a perfect blend of savoury and crunchy in every bite. This delicious combination delivers a satisfying, hearty meal with a refreshing twist.

Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 pack Vegie Delights™ Chicken Style Burgers
- 4 wholemeal bread rolls
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 4 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese of choice
- ½ tbs aioli
- ½ tbs sweet chilli sauce
Slaw
- ½ cup sliced red cabbage
- ½ cup sliced white cabbage
- ½ cup sliced carrot
- ½ cup sliced shallot
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced (optional)
Method
- Place all the ingredients for the slaw in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly. Put aside.
- Preheat frypan or BBQ plate to medium heat. Add oil and cook burgers 10-15 minutes, turning half way. Remove from heat. Add bread rolls to frypan and lightly toast.
- Assemble burgers. On the base of each roll, add spinach, Chicken Style Burger, cheese and sauces. Top with the slaw and add roll lid.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
