Ingredients
- Half a cup of pineapple
- Two large handfuls of spinach
- One large handful of ice
- One tbsp lemon juice
- Two tbsps of rolled oats
- Two tbsps of lupin flakes
- One small (1cm thick) piece of fresh ginger
- 200ml milk of choice
Method
- Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until combined
