- 2 slices Bürgen® Wholegrain & Oats bread
- ½ medium (50g) unpeeled pear, sliced thinly
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 slices DON® Traditional Ham Off The Bone
- ½ cup (15g) small rocket leaves
- 2 slices (40g) Jarlsberg Lite cheese
- Put the finely sliced pear into a bowl with the lemon juice and season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Put the cheese on to one slice of bread and add one slice of ham, pear slices and rocket. Top with remaining slices of ham, cheese and bread.
