Ingredients:
- 1 x grainy roll
- Grilled chicken, sliced
- Handful baby cos lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 medium cucumber
- Hummus
Method:
- Spread hummus on base of roll.
- Layer ½ baby cos lettuce over hummus.
- Add sliced chicken.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Add the remainder of the lettuce and enjoy!
Tip:
To make it veggie, simply use sliced cooked falafel instead of the chicken.
