    This spin on a classic will mix up your afternoon snack session. With plenty of zingy lemon and garlic to boot, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.

  4. Quick Whole Grain Bread Samosas

    Curry night wouldn’t be complete without a crispy spiced samosa. This cheats samosa is easy to knock up and would be great served with our Sri Lankan Red Lentil Dahl. 

  5. Red Kidney Bean Burritos

    If Tex Mex is more of your vibe for dinner, you cant go passed these protein packed bean burritos. Omit the cheese, or switch it out for a vegan cheddar, for a dairy free alternative. Add your favourite hot sauce and guac if you’re feeling fancy.
