Ingredients
- 2 slices of Laucke Spelt Bread made with Laucke Spelt Bread Mix 500g
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 x handful of shredded red cabbage + carrot
- Rocket
- Parsley (optional)
- 1 tsp aioli
Method
- Bake the Laucke Spelt bread following the on-pack instructions. Bread dough can be prepared in a bread machine, in a dough mixer or by hand. Use 2 freshly baked slices for this sandwich.
- Drain the tuna, mash with a fork and spread over one slice of the bread.
- Layer a handful of carrot and cabbage on top and add rocket.
- Add coriander if desired.
- Drizzle salad with aioli and enjoy!
