  • 2 x slices Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Whole Grain Bread
  • Cream cheese
  • Capers
  • Smoked Trout
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Shredded lettuce


  1. Spread bread with cream cheese.
  2. Scatter over capers and press down to keep in place.
  3. Layer with smoked trout, cucumber and lettuce.
