Apple and Nectarine Crumble

0.5 serve of whole grain

Cooking time: 30 minutes


  • 1 apple, chopped finely
  • 2 nectarines, chopped in chunks
  • ½ tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. lupin flakes
  • 25g unsalted butter or butter alternative
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • Greek yoghurt or ice cream, to serve


  1. Grease a baking pan and place apple and nectarine in the bottom of the tray. Add lemon juice and honey
  2. In a bowl, make the crumble by mixing oats, lupin flakes, cinnamon and nutmeg. Rub the butter into the dry mixture to make the crumble
  3. Top the fruit with the crumble and place into a preheated 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes
  4. Top with Greek yoghurt or ice cream.
