Fresh Dip Platter with Vita-Weat

Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400g can chickpeas, rinsed & drained         
  • 2 tbsp tahini                              
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processer & blend until smooth.

Sweet Potato Hummus

Ingredients

  • cup hummus (recipe above)
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato

Method

  1. Combine hummus and sweet potato in a medium bowl and stir to combine.

Whipped Feta

Ingredients

  • 250g feta cheese       
  • ¾ cup reduced-fat plain Greek-style yoghurt                        
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processer and pulse until combined.
