Wholesome Oat Bars 

Made with only 5 staple ingredients, these whole grain oat bars are packed full of fibre and goodness to power you through your day 💪

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Method

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes. If desired, drizzle with extra melted chocolate.

This recipe is also super versatile so feel free to experiment and add in extra ingredients or toppings like different nuts and seeds for some healthy fats.
