Chocolatey Morning Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp Coastal Crunch lupin granola in flavour of choice
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

Method

  1. Cook oats, milk, and cacao powder on a stovetop for 5 minutes
  2. Top with help seeds, LSA, almonds, granola, banana, and blueberries

Tip: You can also use lupin flakes in place of the lupin granola
