Blueberry and Choc Weetbix Blondies

Gluten Free Wholegrains Made Easy!! Not all wholegrains are made from wheat.

Ingredients

  • 3x Gluten Free Weet Bix
  • 1C almond meal
  • 1tsp baking powder 
  • 1/4C nut butter
  • 1/4C maple syrup 
  • 1/2C milk (I used almond) 
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2C blueberries
  • 1/2C choc chips 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except blueberries and choc chips
  2. Once combined mix in blueberries and choc chips 
  3. Place mixture in a slice tin and bake in preheat oven at 180°C for 35mins
