Blueberry and Choc Weet-bix Blondies

Gluten Free Wholegrains Made Easy!! Not all wholegrains are made from wheat.


  • 3x Gluten Free Weet-Bix
  • 1cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup choc chips 


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except blueberries and choc chips
  3. Once combined, mix in blueberries and choc chips 
  4. Place mixture in a slice tin and bake in the oven.
