Makes: 4 crispbreads
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 tbsp goats cheese
- 1 slice prosciutto, quartered
- 4 slices of rockmelon
- 4 Vita-Weat crispbreads
- Extra-virgin olive oil, to serve
- Divide the goat’s cheese between the 4 Vita-Weats.
- Top with melon wrapped in prosciutto.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil to serve.
