Vita-Weats with Prosciutto & Melon


Makes: 4 crispbreads

Preparation time:  5 minutes


  • 1 tbsp goats cheese
  • 1 slice prosciutto, quartered
  • 4 slices of rockmelon
  • 4 Vita-Weat crispbreads
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, to serve


  1. Divide the goat’s cheese between the 4 Vita-Weats.
  2. Top with melon wrapped in prosciutto.
  3. Drizzle with a little olive oil to serve.
