Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup lupin cereal
Method
Mix all ingredients and use on top of yoghurt, with fruit and milk for breakfast, etc.
